The Helping Hands Thru Arts in partnership with the City of Holly Hill presents the first ever Holly Hill Art Festival! 

Holly Hill is a historic community nestled between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach. The Festival will be held in front of Holly Hill’s City Hall, built in 1943 of native coquina rock and in 1993 was added to the National Register of Historic Places. 

The surrounding market has a wealth of artful shoppers who have supported the Halifax Art Festival, Images in New Smyrna Beach and the Deland Art Festival for many years!

Helping Hands Thru Arts



Helping Hands Thru Arts is a partnership between Cheers4Arts LLC and Masotti Media Services South, Inc. With Dr. Pam Fieldus, Artist Contact for the Halifax Art Festival for the past 5 years, and Pat Masotti-Abernathy, Marketing and Publicity Director for the Halifax Art Festival for ten years, the show will be professionally run with folks that strive to fulfill artists needs with friendly local hospitality.

Helping Hands Thru Arts works with the local communities and organizations to support fundraising through the arts to benefit local needs.     

Fine Arts Judges

Judge, Tracey Miner



Tracey Miner’s career has spanned advertising and event production on two coasts. Consistent to these pursuits was his love of art and design. His career started as an accomplished illustrator, a painter in acrylics/oils, and photography winning numerous awards for his creativity 

on canvas and Kodachrome. 

His love of creative design and photography lead him to the world of video and digital media bringing his creative talents to such companies as Apple, Adobe, and Google earning him such awards as a Clio’s, Tellys, and Aurora. For years, Miner has judged and participated in juried art shows in California and the High Sierra’s many festivals as well as being named as a judge for the Telly and Aurora organizations for the past ten years.

In retirement, Tracey is now sharing his God given talent to assist with community-minded events from art to classic cars.  

Judge, Scott Hiestand


  Scott Hiestand has lived in Ormond Beach since 1999. Hiestand’s love of wildlife and the outdoors has taken prominence in his current art work as well as in his past endeavors. For thirty-five years, he worked illustrating the outdoor scenes for such companies as Hallmark Cards, the St Petersburg Times, Orlando Sentinel, and the Daytona Beach News-Journal. 

Hiestand’s medium is acrylic on board and for his sculptures-wire/mixed medium. His art has been recognized throughout the United States - winning the State of Indiana’s upland bird contest, selected for Paint America National Gallery tour, Florida’s bass fish automobile license tag, and the Plein Air Magazine Salon Contest. Hiestand’s art work is in many private and corporate collections and hangs in numerous museums and galleries.
